Monthly Club Meeting - May 2019
Attendance is up - really good to see our members getting back to our meetings.
President Joe presided and presented information on how to make Belgian Candi Sugar, which includes a desired enzyme for some styles of beer, such as the Belgian Golden that we brewed at the annual Homebrewers Day celebration on May 4 (pictured above).
